Event Details:

Get your gardening gloves ready and join LEAF and the City of Richmond Hill as we celeberate National Tree Day by planting native trees and shrubs in Meander Park. Bring your friends and family to lend a helping hand in improving Richmond Hill’s urban forest!

Children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.

Planting event will take place from 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.

Please wear:

• Closed-toed shoes or boots – no sandals, please!
• Gardening gloves, if you have them (we will have extras)
• Appropriate clothing – the event runs rain or shine

All LEAF events count toward secondary school volunteer hour requirements.
