Please be advised that the Comprehensive Zoning By-law is due to be considered at the upcoming Council meeting on September 24, 2025. Due to the approval process related to the Comprehensive Zoning By-law, there will be a direct impact on Minor Variances that would be heard on the September 11, 2025 and October 2, 2025 Committee of Adjustment meetings.

In light of the above, the Committee of Adjustment will only be hearing Consents (with no associated Minor Variances) at the September 11, 2025 meeting. The October 2, 2025 Committee of Adjustment meeting will be cancelled due to the impact of the appeal period from the Comprehensive Zoning By-law.

All Minor Variances previously scheduled for the September 11^th and October 2^nd meeting will be moved to the October 23^rd Committee of Adjustment agenda, or to the subsequent scheduled meeting agendas.
